This place suits me perfectly with its free Wi-Fi, 24-hour room service, and bar/lounge area. On my first stay, the staff helped me with a late check-in. I always enjoy the top-class service from the team here. Highly recommended for a romantic escape!

This place has its share of pitfalls. The lobby is small and dim, lacking the vibrancy one might expect. The roof-top pool is less a peaceful oasis and more like a neglected birdbath, in need of serious attention. Noise from the busy intersection it sits on was incessant, rendering our balcony completely unusable. vehicle fumes flooded in. The bathroom, while ample, had some questionable plumbing with missing tiles and a shower that barely worked—definitely not a four-star experience, more like a tired three. Breakfast was lackluster and the coffee was subpar. I wouldn’t waste my mornings on it. it felt more like a budget stay than a relaxing escape.

The room was decent, but the noise from other guests was unbearable.

Absolutely horrendous stay. I had to deal with a horrendous drainage smell while begging for my room, which wasn't ready at check-in. I expected a kettle in my room, but alas, nothing. I almost gave a glowing review but just couldn't get over the cold breakfast and dreadful service. Not worth the hype, at all.

Good or Bad? Let me explain
The hotel features a friendly staff that truly brightened my experience! ! The convenient location made exploring nearby attractions effortless, and I enjoyed the exceptional views from the rooftop lounge area.
Unfortunately, I faced issues with Wi-Fi connectivity in the suite and a lackluster breakfast selection, leaving much to be desired. The room upgrades didn't improve the overall experience, feeling more like a necessity than a luxury.

I had a lovely one-night stay in a Double Room with Balcony, where the cozy vibe and modern decor really stood out. The spa services were top-notch, and I enjoyed a refreshing swim in the pool, which was perfect for unwinding. Just a heads up, the breakfast selection could use a bit more variety, but overall, it was a great experience! 😊

Amazing staff and cozy vibes!
Spent 3 nights in a Superior Room and had a blast! The staff made me feel right at home, especially Mr Abdul Qadir at the restaurant, he’s a gem! Wasn't too keen on the dusty pool area, though. The bar lounge was pretty chill for grabbing drinks and catching football matches. Totally recommend it for an easy-going getaway.
